Also, for Short Soup International Short Film Festival, please note that the screener and publicity material must reach the festival by October 10, otherwise, the work(s) will not be viewed by the selection panel.  The work(s) arrive later than October 10, maybe considered for 2010.  The final selection will be announced before October 30, 2008.

Please note that a filmmaker can either submit more than one work to a festival or the same work to different festivals after carefully reading the selection criteria, rules and regulations.
